After School Care
We understand that for many parents the school day ends before their work day. In order to meet the needs of our families we offer age appropriate after school care for our Junior Primary to Grade 6 children.Our Junior Primary children are cared for from 2:00 p.m. until 3.30 p.m., the cost of which is included in the Junior Primary fee. For children wishing to remain beyond 3.30 p.m., care is provided until 5.30 p.m. at a reasonable cost of $7/hour or part thereof.
Our Senior Primary to Grade 3 children are cared for from 3.30 until 5.30 p.m. at a cost of $7/hour or part thereof.
All the children begin this part of their day with a healthy snack followed by supervised outside play on our well equipped playground when the weather permits. In the event of inclement weather, indoor activities are organized for the children. There is an opportunity for the children to complete homework if they wish.
For our Grade 4 to 6 children, a programme of extra-curricular activities is provided on a daily basis, at no extra cost.
A programme of child care is also offered on in-service days, during February/March break and the month of June after school has ended.
Tax receipts are provided.
